WohoOOooo wat a such kinda nonsense rules they hv created with hooohh??!!! Really not a practical way suka-suki simply refuse cust without any other alternative kan..? Terkedu badak aku. Ape salahnye aku juz nk open new a/c jek bkn nye nk mencuri khazanah korang pong..Hebat sgt ke smpai priority utk IC holder yg beralamat around yr branch jek!!??
Bg le option camni .... ---> Datin, xpe arini I create yr a/c dolu then Monday u mai bw docs naaa... <-- sedap la sket tinga nih dengo..ni habok pujokan2 manje pon tarakk!! caitt!!
Pikirlah masalah cust & their constraints jgn dok pikir undang2 karut-marut x praktikal uols tu jek wahai PBB uitss!! x sesuai holding name tag PUBLIC BANK tuh elok tukau ngn PELIK BANK jek!! huhhhh!! BAGERO stupido marahoooo!! Kalu x kerana salary aku bulan2 credited into my PBB a/c, sumpah aku x hingin berurusan ngn PBB lg seumor idop aku!! Betul2 menyusahkan idop aku membuang masa, tenaga, petrol aku for this kinda stupid thing!!
Punye lah berkobar2 aku dtg jauh2 dr Kota Kemuning ke Port Klang semata2 nk buka saving a/c aje (kalu aku tau baik aku gi soping kasot lg bagus ahh). Furthermore bcoz my new company has centralize their a/c matters at PBB,PKG branch evento' my opis kat wilayah Sh Alam tu yg menyebabkan aku tjebak ke PKG branch nun. Note: Thx so much incek hubby susah2 call dr Saudi direct to Public Bank,HQ nun utk buat aduan sensasi nih. Hope pasni mane2 PBB yg ade rules seangkatan dgn branch Port Klang tuh celik mata lah sket naaa.Jgn lah menyusahkan customer dgn undang2 mengarut uols tuh..!! Aku gi bank lain xde lah gerek cam PBB nih!! Rules or attitude ahh?!! I think she the laziest bug ever rite?? Any explanation pelizz..!!

Tini public bank memang pelik sangat2 tau, akak ambil housing loan, akak bayar payment utk 2 bulan, katakan sebulan RM1,500 akak bayar sekali rm3000. Jadi bulan seterusnya tak payah bayarlahkan? Bulan depan ada yang call, setiap saat..beritahu akak tak bayar bulan tu, akak beritahulah akak da bayar rm3k bulan lepas (perangai akak cam tu..sbb malas tulis cek, bayar siap2 2-3 bulan). Dia boleh cakap oh itu bulan lepas punya..walau bayar lebih pun tetap bulan lepas punya..tak ke kau angin.
Kalau maybank tu bayar sekali 6 bulan pun tak apa tau. Bengang betul akak..
